The months of September and October are great times for Florida residents to travel and explore their state.  Tourism in the state is slower than in winter and spring, and sites are less crowded, including the beach. 

To help you celebrate and enjoy all that Florida has to offer, when the Blue Wave Beach Cottage is not rented, the Studio is available for the great price of $70 per night.  Warm and inviting, the Studio comes with a kitchenette, queen size bed, living area, bathroom, cable television, wifi and private patio.  It's perfect for a weekend getaway or mid-week adventure.

You’ll have all of the advantages of staying at the Cottage, including private parking, restaurants and entertainment within walking distance, and the beach just a block away.

The Studio has all you’ll need for a wonderful time in Cocoa Beach, including linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and toys, and a beach umbrella.  The kitchenette comes with a mini-fridge, induction hotplate, pots and pans, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes, silverware and utensils.   The private patio has a cute table and chairs, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Rates are $70 per night plus 12% tax and a $60 cleaning fee.   A refundable deposit of $300 is required at the time of booking.
