Rates at the Blue Wave Beach Cottage vary depending on the season, ranging from $230 during slower seasons to $252 or higher per night during the busy season of January through March.  Please don't hesitate to call for information on the dates you’re interested in.   You can also check rates by looking at our listing on Airbnb.

We do run specials from time to time, so check back regularly!

There are no additional fees when you book directly apart from the cleaning fee of $170.  The state and local tax rate is 12%.  A refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Stays of more than seven day receive a 10% discount, stays of 20 to 27 days receive a 20% discount, and stays of more than 28 days receive a 25% discount.
