October is a wonderful time to visit Cocoa Beach.  Crowds are smaller, the water is still comfortable, and temperatures are perfect.  Book a stay at the Blue Wave Beach Cottage anytime between October 15 and October 31 and receive a 10% discount!  Our regular rate for most of these days is $215 per night - your rate would be $193.50.  The special rate for October 30th & 31st would be $198.
