Year round, stays of 7 days or more always receive a 10% discount off the nightly rate, and stays of 20 to 27 days receive a 25% discount.  Stays of 28 days or more receive a discount of 30% off the nightly rate for a beautiful, private cottage in the heart of Cocoa Beach.
